1. Product Introduction

FY-GM-M10 is a positioning and navigation module based on Ublox's M10N (latest generation) and Aisheng's IST8310 (more powerful than QMC5883). This product also reintegrates multi-stage filtering and amplifying RF circuits and selects ceramic antennas with excellent performance, which can effectively eliminate interference from image transmission, data transmission, remote control, and other strong magnetic fields. It can acquire satellites faster and more stably than similar modules on the market under various interference conditions to achieve high-precision positioning.

3. Instructions for Use

1. Pin Definition Description

image

  • GND: Ground Wire

  • VCC: Power Line

  • RX: GNSS serial port receiving end, which cooperates with the host computer to change parameters and save them to the module's Flash

  • TX: GNSS serial port transmitter, outputs positioning information

  • SCL: Clock line of the magnetic compass

  • SDA: Data line of magnetic compass

  • PPS: Pulse Signal, used for time synchronization of various sensors, with 30ns accuracy

2. Installation Method

image

  • The module orientation should be consistent with the forward direction.

  • The module should be placed at the top, and there should be no obstructions above the module

  • The antenna is facing upward and perpendicular to the sky

  • Installation should be kept away from other antennas and motherboards to avoid strong magnetic interference with the magnetic compass
